I just have to say that YOU are someone that my whole family could get behind and support. You are a man of your word, and you work for the people. So many politicians look at our taxes as a blank check for them to write whatever they want. But not you. You realize the value of a dollar and have spent our money as carefully as you would have spent your own.

We could not have had a more beautiful day for pictures in Summerville!  I knew I would like the mom from the first contact we had.  She is such an amazing mom, too.  She so beautifully connected with each of her children in a unique and special way.

We are looking for a small number of couples for a special love story project.  We will choose the date, time, location, clothing, and poses.  Your session will be complimentary, plus you will receive 20% off any portraits ordered in exchange for modeling for us. We are looking for gorgeous, relaxed, fun couples who are comfortable with each other and in front of the camera.

All sessions will take place Wednesday, November 19, 2008 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.  A $50 fee is required if your application is accepted.  This will be applied to any prints ordered within 3 days of viewing your images.  If you do not show up, the fee is forfeited.

How to Get Your Sexy Back Makeovers aired today, and it was so fun to watch these women get back in touch with the woman inside. I also loved how the show realized the importance of photographing these beautiful women with their new looks.  What a confidence builder! Russel James was the photographer and did an amazing job!

This is a wonderful gift for a woman to give herself.  She is more often than not the one behind the camera, but this gives her a chance to have beautiful portraits of herself…a session just for her….and all about her.

Many of you know that I have been a long time advocate of women doing this.  We started doing "reveal the beauty within" sessions for women a couple of years back, and they are honestly some of our favorite sessions!  We have such a relaxed fun time!  

So today, put yourself on the list.  Freshen up your makeup and hair, get a manicure and pedicure and schedule a portrait session just for you! You will be so glad you did!

He is usually the guy behind the scenes.  He scouts locations with me and is the official model for testing…whatever I need to test. lol Don't you just love how even though he has smiled for me a thousand times, he still looks believable? What a pro!

Did you know that the television show Army Wives is filmed here in Charleston?  This will be their third year filming here.  I have not watched any of the filming, but if it is anything like filming a movie, you need to see behind the scenes at last once.  We were extras in Major League 3 when it was filmed here, and it was so much fun! 

For instance, did you know they did stuff like this when filming? I had no idea until we were extras what went on behind the scenes.  The two real people in this picture are my sons (the people that you only see one each of…lol). It was taken during a break while filming Major Leauge 3 in 1997 with my old film camera.

Ok, this is where I need a picture from the set of Army Wives or of someone in the cast to insert here. lol  So until they call me for pictures, I'll share some links for everyone.

We wanted to find a way for everyone to afford professional portraits and now we have! We know that everyone does not have professional portraits in their budget, but we believe everyone should have them, and now we have found a way! This is a great & fun way to save on a session that you have always wanted!

Book with your friends and save!

Limited Edition Sessions can be done at your home or a public location (i.e. boat landing, downtown Summerville, or park). All sessions must be booked for same day and time.

Limited Edition Digital Session $250 per session (minimum 3 sessions, up to 3 people per session, same location)

• 20 minute session reservation fee
• 5 high resolution 8×10 digital negatives with license to print for personal use
• 5 watermarked web size images for use on the internet (they are watermarked to protect our copyright and your picture on the internet)

Here's how it works:

Find at least two other friends (could be couples, children or family (up to 3 people per individual session) to book a session at the same location on the same day and time.  This is a fun way to get together with friends. Make a party out of it!

Complete all forms and mail along with fee ($250 each grouping - for example, if you had 3 other couples plus yourselves who wanted a limited edition session, it would be $250 per couple.) to us.  Your digital negatives will be ready in approximately 3 weeks. Prints may also be ordered.

Wow, I cannot believe I have a child who is 23 years old.  Wasn't I just 23? lol This, like Brandon's picture, is not new.  What is up with that?  It's like the shoemaker's kids all over again? lol  Well, I won't give him a hard time about pictures because I know we already have plans for some soon.

Devin, this past year has brought so many changes in your life.  I am so excited for you and what the upcoming year holds for you. It's so hard to believe as I write this that this time 23 years ago I was in the hospital in labor just about to meet you for the first time.  I am so blessed for every moment that I have had you in my life. Happy Birthday!

My youngest son is 21 years old today. I just love him so much! This picture is not new of him. He is such a photographer's kid…he cringes when he sees the camera. LOL! Oh, who can blame him. I am the same way. So if you want to see NEW pictures of him, suggest this to him next time you see him! LOL!!! But don't tell him *I* suggested it, okay? It will be our little secret. LOL!

Brandon, I love you so much! You are such an amazing young man with so much ahead of you! Oh, and I think you are just the coolest inviting me to the bachelor pad last night to watch Robert's first college football game on television…or should I call it the big screen! Wow, I am so spoiled now! LOL! I love you! Have a great birthday!
